Russell Kane - As seen on Live at the Apollo and Mock the Week.
Russell Kane is an award-winning comedian, actor and writer whose work spans stand-up, screen, stage and radio. Known for his fast-paced, high-energy live performances and sharp comic storytelling, Russell has appeared on major TV shows including Live at the Apollo, Graham Norton, Jonathan Ross, Michael McIntyre’s Big Show and The Stand Up Sketch Show. He also won Best Show at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards and became the first comedian to win both the Edinburgh Comedy Award and the Melbourne Comedy Festival’s Barry Award in the same year.

Esther Manito is a hugely engaging stand-up comedian whose comedy challenges stereotypes with sharp wit, confidence and personality. Her credits include BBC’s Live at the Apollo and ITV2’s The Stand Up Sketch Show, and she has also won Best Show at Leicester Comedy Festival. Expect a bold, energetic and brilliantly funny set from one of the most exciting voices on the circuit.

Tal Davies - British Comedian of the Year Finalist.
Tal Davies is a comedian and writer known for blending toe-curling anecdotes with dry observational humour, delivered with a warm, likeable stage presence and a deadpan Brummie accent. A British Comedian of the Year finalist, BBC New Comedy Award regional finalist and Funny Women finalist, Tal has quickly become one of the most exciting newer acts on the UK comedy circuit.

Alex Hylton - Midlands Comedy Awards Best MC nominee.
Holding the night together is Alex Hylton, a fast-rising Midlands comedian, presenter and writer known for his youthful energy, relatable material and likeable stage presence. A Midlands Comedy Awards Best MC nominee and Leicester Comedy Festival Best Show winner, Alex brings charm, pace and strong crowd work to the night.

Russell Kane

Multi-award-winning comedian, presenter, actor, author, and scriptwriter Russell Kane is a regular on Channel 4, BBC, and ITV with recent TV appearances include The Apprentice: You’re Fired, The One Show, Live at the Apollo, The Stand Up Sketch Show, Michael McIntryre’s Big Show, Antiques Road Trip, Stupid Man, Smart Phone, as well as regular appearances on Steph’s Packed Lunch. True to form, the show is defined by Kane’s hyperkinetic performance energising the room. He must do his 10,000 daily steps in an hour, purposefully striding the full width of the stage, as well as scrambling on the floor or contorting his body into dramatic poses to make a point… he certainly has a spring in his step… and it’s very infectious. Chortle His chart-smashing BBC Radio 4 / BBC Sounds podcast Evil Genius quickly became a flagship show, and was the best performing original podcast on the platform. It has been turned into a TV show by BBC Studios, and will appear on Sky TV in November 2023. Russell also recently helped present a prime-time, conversation-changing documentary about men’s bodies and sperm counts on Channel 4’s Celebrity Save Our Sperm. Esther Manito

Esther Manito is Lebanese-British stand up comedian and winner of Best Show at the Leicester Comedy Festival. After reaching the finals of So You Think You’re Funny and the Funny Women awards, her debut solo show led to an appearance on Live at the Apollo (BBC Two). In addition to being the first female comedian to perform at Dubai Opera House, Esther’s book “Don’t Panic I’m Islamic” was published and is available on Amazon.

Tal Davies

Tal Davies is a comedian, writer and self-proclaimed scumbag (as seen/heard on BBC Three and Radio 4) who blends toe-curling anecdotes with dry observational humour, delivered with a warm, likeable stage presence and a deadpan Brummie accent. A British Comedian of the Year finalist, BBC New Comedy Award regional finalist, and Funny Women finalist, Tal was also crowned Breakthrough Act at the Midlands Comedy Awards and has supported the likes of Milton Jones, Paul Chowdhry and Josh Pugh on tour. She’s additionally a BBC Writersroom alumni and credited screenwriter for BBC Three’s The Break, and resident MC for Gobby Flicks comedy nights, in association with Gobby Girl Productions.

Alex Hylton

Alex Hylton is one of the fastest rising comics in the Midlands and a presenter and writer for BlueMoonRisingTv. A youthful, energetic new act with relatable anecdotes of adolescence, mixing in one-liners and a smudge of surrealism to create a likable and unique style, Alex is tipped by many to go all the way. ‘Alex quickly engages the audience with his likeable self-effacing style, grabbing their attention with some well-crafted comedic material, and a smart deft handling of an audience’s mood.
