After 20+ years delivering training to businesses, Mark Smith has seen some things that simply cannot be unseen.
Now he's bringing them to the stage.
Blue Sky Thinking & Other Bollocks is a cheeky, observational comedy show inspired by Mark's experiences of the world of work – and the increasingly bizarre things we accept as completely normal.
From awkward icebreakers and team-building exercises to personality profiles, corporate jargon, open-plan offices and meetings that could very easily have been emails, Mark has spent an alarming amount of his life standing at the front of rooms saying things like:
"Let's get into pairs."
And over the years, he's come to one simple conclusion:
The workplace is fucking weird.
What can you expect?

Evaluation
At the end, you'll be asked to reflect on your key learning, rate the session and explain how you'll apply it in the workplace.
You will absolutely not be allowed to leave early. It's funny because it's true
The material is rooted in Mark's own 20+ years of professional experience, but focuses on the universal absurdities of working life rather than identifiable clients or confidential stories.
