Edgy. Dark. Hilarious.
Since moving to London from Australia, Michael Shafar has quickly become one of the most exciting acts on the UK comedy circuit. He's opened for Jim Jefferies and Sammy Obeid, and has amassed 300,000+ followers online.
In this unfiltered, unapologetic and relentless hour, Michael will weigh into the topics that most comedians are smart enough to avoid.
"Gasp, laugh out loud funny." ★★★★ The Scotsman
"Shafar circumnavigates the line between edgy and offensive with beautiful finesse." ★★★★½ The Age
"Shafar has a disarmingly relaxed approach and an intelligent sense of humour with a wildly inventive, darkly comic imagination." ★★★★★ The Edinburgh Reporter
"He’s a brand of comedian that is getting rarer and rarer to come by these days, and if you’re among those who fear comedy has gotten too politically correct, this show will put those fears to rest." ★★★★ TimeOut
