Overview

You know that feeling when you’re convinced life will be better when you’re thinner, fitter, richer, calmer… or just slightly more organised? Sarah Johnson is still waiting. In Older and Wider, she takes a hilarious and brutally honest look at being in a world where everything is changing. From self-help books she never reads to the ridiculous pressure to constantly improve, come and share the journey through midlife, ageing and the question: does it actually get better?

“Amazing host, comic, and human” – Russell Kane
“Terrific, bulletproof material”. – Chortle, Steve Bennett

Sarah Johnson

Johnson’s amiable nature and saucy, raucous content is delivered in a charming and confident style which is reminiscent of some of Britain’s greatest female comedians, Drawing on her experiences from both the world of entertainment and as a wife and mother, Sarah’s act is a refreshingly candid take on modern life — bold, unfiltered, and utterly relatable. “She’s an energetic performer who works to amplify that enthusiasm” “Terrific, bulletproof material” Steve Bennett, Chortle
