Jake Donaldson: That's Where I Want To Be (WIP)

LCB Depot, Leicester • Friday 5 February 2027 • 21:00

Overview

"That’s Where I Want To Be" is a new work-in-progress stand-up show about being a teenager, wanting desperately to belong, and the ridiculous lengths we go to convince other people, and ourselves, that we’re someone we’re not.

It’s about music, friendship, masculinity, growing up, being a nerd, trying to be cool and spending your whole life looking at other people and thinking: that’s where I want to be.

BBC New Comedy Award Finalist 2024. As seen on Rosie Jones’ Disability Comedy Extravaganza. British Comedy Guide Recommended Show 2025.
