Cecily Hitchcock: Work In Progress

Cecily Hitchcock is one of the most exciting new voices in UK comedy. Her unique mix of outlandish anecdotes and off-beat observations have gained traction both online and on stage.

Cecily is an accomplished live M.C and her sketches and stand up videos have amassed over 25 million views on social media and have been featured on Ladbible, The Sidemen & Brewdog.

Cecily’s debut hour ‘Family Recipe’ was a sell-out hit at Edinburgh Fringe in 2026, garnering critical praise and landing her the front page of the Guardian’s culture magazine alongside Frank Skinner. Now she heads to the inaugural Independent Comedy Festival.

“An enchanting personality that is immediately likeable…If this is her debut show, I’m almost scared to see the heights to which she will bring the comic scene.”

“A fully-formed talent who arrives with a complete stand-up skillset and the ability to create their own little comedy universe you’re happy to spend an hour in…Hitchcock will be with us for the long run.”
