After 20 years performing shows at the Edinburgh Fringe, multi award-winning writer/performer decided to take things further in 2026 and perform at EVERY fringe festival in the country. From Devon to Dundee with no geographical logic whatsoever in his weird little car that doesn't do hills, Richards risks his finances, career and, let's face it, his marriage, as he desperately seeks the approval of strangers. Is it possible to make a profit touring a one-man play? This jolly little show has all the answers. Paul Richards has done this, so you don't have to.
“Like an alternative Ferris Bueller…the escalating web of chaos is skilfully scripted in the vein of a classic film comedy. ****” - The Scotsman
"With such a simple premise, we are left to rely on Richards’ performance to engage us. Thankfully, he’s got presence... he makes the whole thing feel wonderfully intimate, like we are all in the joke together." - Everything Theatre
”Such an amazing performance. A must experience show.” - BBC Radio Cambridgeshire
