Join us at Stiwt Theatre for one huge night of live stand-up comedy as Chuckl. brings four of our favourite acts to Wrexham, featuring Tom Rosenthal, Sol Bernstein, Kevin Daniel and Jay Neale.

Tom Rosenthal – As seen on Friday Night Dinner and Plebs.
Tom Rosenthal is an actor, comedian and stand-up best known for playing Jonny Goodman in Channel 4’s much-loved sitcom Friday Night Dinner and Marcus Gallo in ITV’s hit comedy Plebs. His live stand-up work includes his show Manhood, which toured across the UK, and he brings sharp comic timing, playful storytelling and brilliantly offbeat observations to the stage.

Sol Bernstein – Comedy circuit favourite.
Sol Bernstein is the legendary comic character created by Steve Jameson, bringing a classic old-school showbusiness persona, sharp one-liners and larger-than-life storytelling to the stage. A long-running favourite on the comedy circuit, Sol is known for his big personality, quick wit and brilliantly playful take on showbiz legend status.

Kevin Daniel – British Comedian of the Year Semi-Finalist.
Kevin Daniel is an award-winning comedian who has quickly established himself as one of the most exciting up-and-coming acts on the UK comedy circuit. Known for his commanding stage presence, relatable storytelling, likeable style and sharp eye for a joke, Kevin has performed regularly for established comedy promoters across the country and reached the semi-finals of British Comedian of the Year in both 2022 and 2023.

Jay Neale – One of our favourite MCs.
Holding the night together is Jay Neale, a sharp, anecdotal and unapologetically funny stand-up comedian with years of experience performing across the UK. A seasoned compère, Jay is known for his punchy material, strong crowd work and ability to keep a room laughing from start to finish.

Four fantastic acts, one brilliant night of comedy. Expect big laughs, top-quality stand-up and a proper live comedy club atmosphere from start to finish.

Book your tickets early to secure the best seats in the house. This is one show you won’t want to miss!

Tom Rosenthal

The son of sports commentator Jim Rosenthal, Tom was a finalist in the 2008 Laughing Horse new act competition and the 2009 Chortle Student Awards. And in 2011 he was joint winner of the 2011 Leicester Mercury Comedian Of The Year title. He landed a central role in the Channel 4 sitcom Friday Night Dinner in 2011, as one of two Jewish twenty-something brothers who revert to childhood roles at the weekly family meal. A striking show, raising questions and laughter in equal measure.’ – The Guardian

Sol Bernstein

After 25 years of semi-retirement, playing nursing homes, Sol Bernstein is back where he belongs, in smokey nightclubs performing to drunks! He's the man who helped the career's of Elvis Presley. Marcel Marceau (never even got a "thank you") and even the Beatles were influenced. He's worked with, and been friends with, some of the worlds GREATEST performers; Judy Garland, The Rat Pack, Lenny Bruce, Jack Benny, George Burns, Milton Berle, Doris Day, Tommy Cooper, Eric Morecambe and Eddie Large. He's performed all over the world at venues including The London Palladium, New York's Carnegie Hall, The Paris Olympia, Caesars Palace Las Vegas, and Scunthorpe Baths, but it's at night clubs where Sol really comes to life. His charisma, his style, his catch phrase "why don't you put on a tie" his chutzpah, put it all together and you get the magic that is Sol Bernstein.
