Russell Kane

Multi-award-winning comedian, presenter, actor, author, and scriptwriter Russell Kane is a regular on Channel 4, BBC, and ITV with recent TV appearances include The Apprentice: You’re Fired, The One Show, Live at the Apollo, The Stand Up Sketch Show, Michael McIntryre’s Big Show, Antiques Road Trip, Stupid Man, Smart Phone, as well as regular appearances on Steph’s Packed Lunch. True to form, the show is defined by Kane’s hyperkinetic performance energising the room. He must do his 10,000 daily steps in an hour, purposefully striding the full width of the stage, as well as scrambling on the floor or contorting his body into dramatic poses to make a point… he certainly has a spring in his step… and it’s very infectious. Chortle His chart-smashing BBC Radio 4 / BBC Sounds podcast Evil Genius quickly became a flagship show, and was the best performing original podcast on the platform. It has been turned into a TV show by BBC Studios, and will appear on Sky TV in November 2023. Russell also recently helped present a prime-time, conversation-changing documentary about men’s bodies and sperm counts on Channel 4’s Celebrity Save Our Sperm. This year he performed headline slots at Latitude, Reading, and Leeds festivals. ⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑ The Times, Time Out, The Sunday Times, The Daily Telegraph Winner of Best Show in 2010 at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, Russell went on to make history as the first comedian to win both the Edinburgh Comedy Award and Melbourne Comedy Festival’s Barry Award in one year. As ever, Russell also continues to provide his ever-popular topical online rants known as Kaneings.

Terry Alderton

Terry Alderton has always been something special. With a set full of extraordinary caricatures – where he famously is interrupted, and with his back turned, battles with his TWO inner voices’ - and some stunningly acute impressions, observations and a hyperactive delivery, stand-up performer Terry Alderton is loved by comics and fans alike. Indeed, top TV comedian Eddie Izzard said of him: “He’s a very funny man with a ‘fantastic comedy mind, but someone who really ought to seek some sort of professional help”. TV Credits: Live at the Apollo (BBC) Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow (BBC) Edinburgh Comedy Fest Live (Ch4) BBC’s Saturday night Lottery show (BBC) Ian Wright's Friday Night's All Wright’ (ITV), ‘Stupid Punts’ (BBC2), The Stand UP Show (BBC1) The World Stands Up(paramount) World Comedy Tour Australia(paramount) The Comedy Store (Channel 5) Jack Dee’s Sunday Service. Bring me the head of light entertainment (CH5). The Harry Hill Show (CH4). The Jonathan Ross Show. Edinburgh or Bust (CH4) The Royal Variety Performance (ITV) Review: “He’s a very funny man with a ‘fantastic comedy mind, but someone who really ought to seek some sort of professional help”. Eddie Izzard.

Jacob Nussey

Jacob Nussey unassumingly draws in audiences with his deadpan style, sharp jokes, and ill-fated anecdotes with clever punchlines. Jacob won West Didsbury Comedy Festival New Act of the Year and was a finalist of Leicester Square Theatre New Comedian of the Year in 2022. After reaching the semi-finals of British Comedian of the Year and semi-finals of So You Think You’re Funny in 2021. He’s seriously funny and well worth seeing in person!

Darius Davies

Darius is a seasoned performer first cutting his teeth in 2007 in the comedy clubs of New York city. Success quickly followed as Darius won an MTV New Talent contest, opening the door for Darius to strut his stuff on MTV america. Alas due to “visa irregularities” Darius soon found himself back, and uncelebrated in London. Certain that success would be just as swift, Darius launched himself on the UK comedy scene. In the blink of an eye (four and half years later) Darius found himself gigging regularly up and down the country entertaining the crowds with his high-energy, captivating, and hilarious tales. "It’s hilarious stuff, supercharged by precision timing and an impassioned, charismatic delivery that’s tempered by an engaging self-effacing streak" - Chortle
